Welcome to the Olympus Envision Your World website,
a gateway into interactive co-curricula material created
especially for schools and teachers. On this site you will
find a special online newsletter, just for educators and
two sets of co-curricula materials, one to support social
studies and one supporting science.
Envision Your World/Social Studies provides the
opportunity for your students to consider the world around
them and events that have shaped their lives. Envision Your
World/Science includes lessons to help your students explore
the themes of discovery and innovation through an investigative
process. They will also learn about the principles of light
and shadow as they look more closely at the world around
them.
Both programs highlight the role of visual learning in the
study and documentation of our world. The lessons are rich
in imagery, hands-on activities and opportunities for customization
for your students’ particular levels and interests.
And take a look at the newsletter, a compilation of news,
articles of interest and fun links for educators at all grade
levels. This monthly newsletter will provide a round-up of
information that we think we help you keep on top of developments
from the field and sometimes will just provide a good laugh.
